its because he went offline so his status freezes untill xbox live friend list updates and puts him offline its a stupid glitch

ya this isnt a glitch xbox updates online status every 1 and a half minute keeping records from the last thing he did from a party or a chat thats why if someone sends u a party invite then leaves that party id code is still active if there are people in it if not then it will say cant join

its not a glitch if the party is not set on invite only u could have joined any ways its just the server waiting to load up a persons account that just got offline NO GLITCH

i have two more glitches on parties that help you file complaint and make an infinite person party and join peoples private parties but I dont make videos plus people would do the infinite people in the party and they would patch it so no.
