LOL yeah you seem oblivious to the fact that there are vast amounts of territory in Africa that are without electricity, clean water or any other means of production and technology because there are no sources for electrical power without the use of fossil fuels (costly). Lucky you to be so myopic and yet live on the same continent as those affected. The video poster is correct-- there are means for those people to finally obtain power--but for the moment THIS technology is cost prohibitive.
