@SelenaandShuichifan i think 70 years at least, inuyasha and kikyo found the island fifty years ago, and ai still looks the same, given how old the little girl is when inuyasha sees her once again it's a safe bet to say she's more then 70 years of age.

Sorry I know that it was Shippou and Kagome. I meant when Kagome and InuYasha, (sesshomaru to-fire god) killed the four war gods. I meant that. I know Shippou and Kagome were the ones who opened the gate. They had to think quickly because of InuYasha and Asagi were in the cauldron. Also, posion flesh eating insects were going to attact them. I know InuYasha is half-demon, kagome is mortal obviously Sorry I should've clarrified what I meant. Thanks for the info though:D I <3 InuYasha
