i only know ONE person who actually bought land, paid it off, and built his own house himself stick by stick..but it makes more sense..but don't forget the mineral rights
YOu have to do some clever searching on Amazon to finally find the paperback.
Even the tentacles of the privately owned federal reserve, control the searching mechanism on Amazon. They want you to think there is only a hardback copy of this book which costs 90$. But like I said there is a paperback version that is only 22$.
by the way, when the banks loan someone money to buy a house, the banks create that money out of thin air.
The banks create the loan money out of thin air AND the borrower has to have real assets as security. So, the banks risk nothing !!! And the borrower risks his assets.
So, this is even worse than aj talked about. He thought the banks were giving us money from some rich person. No !!
And not only this but the borrower then pays interest on the loan. So, the banks make out like bandits.
