i want to be a formula 1 driver but i dont know what training i have to do. All i do at the moment is run 5 miles every second day and cycle 6 miles every day great vid car sounds really good

all f1 drivers did go karting, thats how they get spotted by scouts then after they get signed by a team they get tought how to drive an f1 car and how to train...thats why they are the best drivers in the world

sorry to disappoint you but I have to laugh :DDDDD xD wannabe F1 driver? do you have a lot of money? are you karting from age of 5 or 6? you run 5 miles every second day... F1 drivers can run a Marathon anytime.Believe me I have info about it.They are really strong,much stronger then they look!!! Forget it man.. You need to reborn to HAVE a chance to be an F1 driver.
