I've talked to alot of Marines/soldiers who served alongside gays, and never were those gays a liability to operational effectiveness, they did their jobs. Im speaking strictly of gays in line units (particularly infantry units). On the other hand, it's been proven time and time again that women do not possess the mental and physical capacity to serve in grunt units. so yes, they are a liability.

Women can't hump a 90 pound pack like men can, they cant operate an m249 like men can, they cant carry mortar systems or any of the equipment that goes with that (base plates, tubes, etc.) like men.

Notice Webb's smirk when he says he regrets calling the US Naval Academy "a horny woman's dream", it says a lot more than his words.

Webb himself does not seem to realize that it was an idiotic thing. That's why he won't admit it was wrong when Russert asks him. He was asked twice, and he still wouldn't admit it was wrong.

I'd be very understanding of Webb saying that his comments from the 70s and 80s were wrong and he regrets them. But that's not the case.

Your comments about Allen are nonsense. There are legitimate political reasons to criticize Allen, but you've opted to go with the Democrat hate and libel machine.

No, sorry, someone with Allen's record is EXTREMELY radical. No moderate, no majority of Americans would support his record. He's an extremist!
