just curious, i am 17 weight of 160. n i do deadlifts weight 150. 3 sets of 15 , just wondering what am i working out. i dont wanna be a bodybuilder just more leaner and cut. any tips on getting cut rather then big and bulky
@prodigyJavy61904 Ensure you eat protein with every meal. Diets high in protein & moderate in carbs will help towards lean muscle, increase fat burning & helps you stay full. Aim to eat every 2 1/2 hours. Keep your training intense.. If your doing 3 sets of 15, what your doing is fine but what's working well for me at the moment is 1 warm up set, 1 moderate and a working set!
