I flew by TAP from Lisbon this weekend. My bag arrived with the whole side of it ripped off. The Star Alliance desk gave me a new bag but I will not be travelling with this company again. A disgrace.

it's a airport handling service problem, nor the air company! Most of the times, airline personel doesn't touch the bag!

Quanto à triste comparação que fizeram, ainda não consegui perceber o que é que o Rei Leão, que é um filme da Disney, tem a ver com a TAP Portugal, uma companhia aérea. É o mesmo que comparar cebolas com um ferrari.
