@xmenno01 I use a Saitek Cyborg Keyboard. It has 12 macro buttons on the side that I can assign those chords to.

It is kind of like playing an organ. Also the keyboard I have has extra buttons on the side that I assign sharps and flats to, so I can play some of the impossible notes like Dp or Dy9
