  • they dream to come to Mongolia, even for only one picture. Cuz Symbol of their freedom and our nation's independence is now Mongolia. U dont know how they are doing! even cannot talk freely in their own language, always have to learn chinese to survive and their living is depending only in few acres (most of herders), in Mongolia herders just live wherever they want, land is free! Can multiply your animals as much as you want, without taxes!

  • Mongolias got Talent?

  • all of khoomeis are sung about mongolian landscape, all the beauties of rivers, mountain and gobi desert. not located in china, but mongolia!!! how can chinese registered it to UNESCO that it's theirs. and we mongolians have to call it "chinese throat singing" in international stages!!! NO WAY! I BETTER SUICIDE THAN SAYING THAT!!

  • @ekusht chinese is a diversed groups of people termed as the most civilised empire in eastern asia. In ancient records many emperors from different stages of smaller empire fought creating a mass empire called China. when gengkis khan fought Jin northern china thru help of southern song empire. and when Kublai khan announced himself as emperor of china when he united Yuan dynasty of china. when late Mongol Emperor was defeated back to his grassland he still regard himself as emperor of china

  • @hopkinWFG (NO ONE EVER TRIED TO CREATE MASS EMPIRE CALLED "CHINA"!!!) actually Khubilai Khan established Great Yuan dynasty, it cannot be said he announced himself as a chinese emperor or something, it is true that he moved his Dynasty's capital to nowaday-beijing, and that influenced beijing to develop at that time in all ways. He did not ruled china long from that, and in chinese history Khubilai khan's (khan means king by the way) period is considered china under "foreign rule".

  • @ekusht Kubilai khan did announced himself as emperor of china during Yuan Dynasty of china.if he didnt had announced he wont have to move his capital to beijing (dadu) he also had bad relations with other mongol states but last manage to rule under his command and policy had turned Hans to hate Mongols.temujin had incoporated many chinese scholars to fought northern china.thou Yuan dynasty lasted only 100 years.when Ming sacked Mongolian emperor he still claim to be ruler of china North Yuan.

  • @hopkinWFG Ahhh!! let's say u're japanese, u make sushi. Open a restaurant in korea, would u call it sushi restaurant or korean food house???

  • @ekusht if you have read ups on earliest china's history you would know that the term "Chinese" is a mixed group of people. just like todays mongolia before Chinggis khan there lived ancient dynasty like "rouran, xianbei, gorturk,, uyguier and kithai empire.. mongol was a small tribe under ruled by these bigger empire which had also made an impact into ancient "China" thou xianbei rouran and khitai is closer and assimilated to "China"

  • @hopkinWFG so? so what it has to do with the registration of "Mongolian" throat singing under their name?

  • @ekusht i dont know why you outer mongolians are so unhappy about today's chinese people. Well i am a singaporean i had never been to china before but how i wish to visit china and mongolia someday. there are inner mongolians out there and also in Xinjiang and northern tibet till yunnan there lived the most ancient mongols descendents. Yes throat singing belongs to central asians but what china possessed now also need to do things for their own minorities.

  • @hopkinWFG why we don't like chinese is we've been enemies for decades, so it's in our blood some say! also they always try to claim that mongolia is a part of china and rejoin them when the time comes,. hahahahha F*** 'em,. that s*** won't happen even if they drop nuclear bomb on us

  • @ekusht one thing you still dont see that outer mongolian independent away from china was made possible by russian and chinese leaders. you mongolians still wanna kiss the fact that when russians (whites) had put so many mongolian lamas to death and is a total decimation on mongolian culture and beliefs during soviet era, where by china was merely trying to regain its own territorial rights.

  • @hopkinWFG Under "Manchurians" rule, Mongolia was in poverty because of high taxes, 1out of 3 men were lamas who did nothing but practice the religion, all of the population blindly followed them, even seeking heal to their illness, but what they could do was just praying. None helped, too many died. We see that was part of political violence. Under 3 country contract (mongolians participated only as a witness cuz of political weakness) China and Russia swallowed 2/3 territory of ours

  • @ekusht Mongolians had been under buddhism for long long time ago in ancient Han or Tang dynasty Qinghai tibeteans and mongolians had been up and downs sharing their ways. i dont think is justifiable to say that manchurian rule (Qing) eventually putted "death" to mongols.. it was merely religious doom. And i dont think China had swallowed any territory of mongols (Inner) but the fact that russia did as outer. And Outer was recongised with help from Stalin russian on issues with Chiang kai shek

  • @hopkinWFG I think you know that northside of Great wall once been the border, all the inner mongolian territory is supposed to be mongolian, also the baikal lake area in russia was ours, only separated by that unfortunate contract. We were offended, deceived, how can we be nice to this country when they showed their back. Russians better cuz they opened our eyes to the modern world, taught us everything, just educated us, if they didn't do that we might've been ended up like a tibet! that's why

  • @ekusht Baikal lake stretches from mongolia to Manchuria.Baikal is supposed to be Mongolian and manchus and now yes russian took it from mongolians and also northern Manchus.i dont know how to put this but it is very subjective chinese (Communist) literially spoils everything in china not only tibet and outer mongol claim. Russians seems to be better because they need to show their policy just like US-iraq now. But inner mongol is doing fine in china and ordos is one of richest cities!

  • @hopkinWFG one last thing, throat singing don't belong to central asians. IT IS THE ONLY THING U DON"T UNDERSTAND "my friend!" if u read my comments, only mongolians can sing it, if some foreigner can do it, it is surely taught by one of mongolian masters, either inner mongolian or outer mongolians. So they taught it to chinese and chinese wants to register it as theirs. U invent something and tell it to someone, then u hear that person tells everyone that he invented that, how would u feel?

  • @ekusht perhaps so? but yes i agree with you that in certain fact that chinese goverment isnt as "prudent" on their own miniroties rights.

  • @hopkinWFG just visit china and mongolia and see the difference between us by your own eyes and then try to communicate us ok! why don't u reply me "then"?

  • @ekusht i am scared of going to outer mongolia especially it is so independent now away from china and since individual's mindset and attitude is so negative against chinese people and i am deeply concerned if i were to risk myself going to outer and i know i should have go inner mongolia better where a more pure mongolian lifestyle is all about.

  • @ekusht we should know that outer mongolia by right had detached itself away from china after xinhai revolution after fall of Qing china a weak dynastic which ended up a tragic by foreinger invaders. The cause and effect of todays sensitive issues on tibet, outer mongolia, xinjiang and taiwan or even hongkong is the manipulation of the west and of course China had to blame on itself to became weak and had ended up on such disposition. sorry but it the hard facts my friend

  • @hopkinWFG away from china??? since when mongolia been part of china? it is chinese who parted mongolia from mongolians. outer and inner? Hah! Finland's been under rule of russia for 100 years so they're russian u would say right? There's always been MONGOLIANS, Khalimaks, buryats, khalha, durved, uzemchin, urianhai we all live in a GER example. but chinese have their bricks and even the shoes are different but all mongolians have similar ok. don't try to make connections

  • @ekusht what of today called mongolia is after era of Temujin who united central asian groups of people and under his command his expansion which led to todays mongolia under mongol tribes in central asia among so many other diversed groups which shared same technologies and even cultures. Chinese refers to todays people in China after 1911 from Qing (China) to republician. From Han-Sung/Kithai-Yuan-Qing you have seen that on and off "mongol" tribes had been assismilated.

  • @ekusht And the difference between Rule and acceptance is totally different. Yuan was a clear sign of acceptance into china but Hans refused it because of harsh commands under Mongols, Qing and Mongols again was under Acceptance to rule Ming but later being assimilated. we need not have to do too far into but Qing and Yuan or Kithai/Sung can already speak of clearly. is just that today people are lack of what their ancestors did.

  • @ekusht Technologies advancement from time to time can be adpoted by different groups of people that do not speaks off too clear.

  • @hopkinWFG for centuries there were mongolia, also some other dynasties on now chinese territory, always fought each other to take them, Mongolians succeeded and later Manchurians succeeded, so? Just how come it is related to MUSIC???!!! all I'm asking is this? how it is related to the traditional music??? and I'm not your friend, never gonna be!

  • @hopkinWFG It's not "chinese" Yuan. Why don't u just get it? Why do u want to claim it to be? how long have u studied relations between china and mongolia?

  • @ekusht it wont be "chinese Yuan" if kubilai khan have ditch the idea of adopting into han and if he didnt had moved his captial to dadu. even when Yuan dynasty was overthrown by Ming the last emperor back to his grassland still insisted as ruler of china but not mongolia. this speaks of the clear sense on how robust the idea of mongolians in ancient time with (china).

  • this video is too short!

  • Hungarians used to practice throat singing as well, but it slowly died out.

  • that's so sad. D:

  • im inuit and i really doubt it,lol. we do throat singing but it doesnt sound like this:p

  • I want to know if the Inuits (in Canada) have a related culture to the Mongolians because the Inuits practice throat singing as well.

  • The Inuit are genetically related to the indigenous groups of Siberia, where Mongolian throat singing originated (from the nomadic Tuvan tribes). This is apparent not only in the appearance and body structure of these diverse human groups, but is also reflected in the polysynthetic syntactical structure of the languages spoken by Inuit tribes and those found in Siberia.

  • @igashijin only in Soviet Union times, Siberia became Russian territory. Most of indigenous people like Khalimaks and Buryats are part of mongolian ethnic group. Now in Mongolia most of people are Khalkha. When Mongolia had lake Baikal (means 'nature' in mongolian and meaningless in russian) and other places now russian, there were no researches, just no nothing. So it's sad :(

  • @lexxypexxy they are from the native American families who adopted to ice cultures. and since natives Americans are from Altaic root. yes. it is related to mongols 100%
