@dgobrien Interesting discussion you guys have here! :) Though i think you don't really get the concept of Gorillaz. I've no doubts your are a Gorillaz fan, although i think it's quite remarkable that you find most tracks on the first album suck. Because of their extreme diversity it's impossible to label them as "too.. rock / punk" I can appreciate all of their songs some just have to grow on you perhaps?

Also music is a matter of taste, not how many people you know like one particular song.

@animatedanimator I know. It's just...If u listen too their very first album its considered punk. It is definitely punk. Demon Days is alternate rock but I din't like that album cuz that's when they got weird. Plastic beach is sorta stylised rap mixed with soothing tones. That's why I like Plastic Beach most. And I know the concept of gorillaz. I am a HUGE gorillaz Fan. HUGE!!! And I know every thing about the gorillaz, in and out. How old are u?

@dgobrien If you consider the first album punk then i'm wondering if you've listened to the whole album, because really it's not punk at all it's a mix of all sorts of music influences. Like i said you can't label Gorillaz and their albums it's just not possible. If your such a fan which your claiming to be then you'd realize that.

I never listen 2 da bonus tracks tho so I dont kno the others. So u can say they r mostly whatevr I call punk just 4 this dicussion,

@dgobrien But to answer your question, I've only made two Gorillaz animations which are almost four years apart from each other. I like to experiment with different styles and give them my own twist basically.

The lines look so smooth, and the animation is so incredible! The way they touch/strum the instruments are so real! The one part that also seems to amaze me is the outfits that you chose for all of them. Very creative! And of course, I can't stop loving the concept of Murdoc being naked. lol xD
