this is an issue that is very close to my heart........my husband is disabled and suffered from depresion and mental health issues, IT DOES NOT make you less of a person.........the main issue with this ad is that the employer doesnt ask WHY he suffered from it........what caused it?it would have given him a better idea of whether or not this candiate is suitable for the job and whether he was just going through a bad time in his life which caused the depression.

I agree so much. Youv'e got more chance of being able to pee on a rooftop than get a job if you have a history of mental illness. Employers are heartless bastards and hypocrites who have probably had mental health problems themselves. This PIF is a brave attempt to address the issue, but unfortunately attitudes will not change that easily.
Classic, I have bipolar and got a corporate job after being diagnosed, can totally relate to this clip.
