I believe we only had white smoke since the exhaust was 100% new and was burning off the metal polish compound. If your car smokes under full load then you most like have a problem. I would have it checked out.

yes, we picked up about 20 wheel hp with it and similar torque. I believe we found higher TQ than Cobb advertised. Very conservative still. The car has since been tuned an additional 30 wheel tq stronger with ProTuner.

Have you worked on a mazdaspeed3 until now?
If so, do you think this car have a good tuning potential? I own this car and I'm waiting for the (soon) release of the COBB AP. ;)

yes, There is quite a bit of potential in those 3s. I can't wait for the AP as well. We've done turbo backs and suspensions mainly on the 3s.
