I promise I used to HATE the sounds of MTD's. Why? Cause of the thin sound it has. It used to remind me of those bass players that had thin-sounding 6 strings. But after listening to this?! Mofo please! The parts that kill me is the slide at 00:11...it's simple but it's just cool. Then the pull-off chord he hits at 00:12 seconds right after it?! I jizzed 3 times over. It's the prettiest thing I've ever heard! Then those quick 4 notes between 00:21-00:22 secs. I have a Fender but DAYUM! I want 1!

hey im trying to learn gospell like on the real but i cant seem to undertand what hes doing like what scales is he using ? is he also doing arpeggios? i really wanna praise God and i just need someone to point me in the right direction .

@hugokickfeen89 yo i am not a bass player, but to answer your question, he is doing a mix of B and E Pentatonic scales. He is also mixing some major and chromatic stuff in but for the most part if u learn your pentatonic scales u can do what he is doing now! God Bless!
