the difference of european and usa fans is that we the europeans at least watch nba so we can have an opinion about the american basketball. all my friends in the states say the european basketball sucks and all that. how can you say something sucks without watching it? i personally like them both . they are both different, with their advantages and disadvantages..and if you critisize a whole basketball league by its top 10 then YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BASKEBALL

Commentators are a real turnoff...some of the plays are amazing, won't see a big man passing the way Sasha Nadjifej does on a regular basis, in the NBA, at all. If you believe basketball is all about high flying, dunking and blocks, watch NBA. If you like to see fast, intelligent teamplay, watch euroleaue. Its all a matter of personal preference...quality wise, more than 50% of the inofficial battles between EL-Teams and NBA-Teams were won by the europeans...and played according to NBA-rules!!!!

ya that's why players who can't play in the NBA play in the euroleague. Stephane Lasme? that guy's a scrub.

And where do you get this idea that euroleague teams win over 50% of the games between them and NBA teams? 1st of all, NBA teams win more like 90% of the time. NBA teams were 5-0 this year against Euroleague teams even though the NBA teams don't even play their starters for most of the game and uses everyone on the bench, including guys who don't play in regular nba games.
