No, it's Bulgarian, I beleive Yuri and Sal are Bulgarian, the keyboard (Alfred) is Albanian, he's an amazing artist, he'll play any Albanian instrument and more, he's also a producer and owner of PB Productions.

I also just heard them at the International Accordian Festival in San Antonio. They were the best there and you could tell the crowd loved them! Yuri is an incredible sax player!!!!!!!!
