Hello! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my GF got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.
what size would i need for a agency power exhaust? i think its 3'' all the way. shit is tooo fucking loud. i was looking for some insert silencers but i dont think they make em. the 3 disk inserts would make it the quietest right? let me know. thanks. another thing i need a nice heavy duty stage 2 clutch, know where i can find one?
Lol V8 dumbfucks My rx-8 takes camaros SS for breakfasts lol dont get me started on "mustakes" I have a 1.3 liter you have a 5.7 or 4.6 and none the less pistons...lol pistons pfft My lawn mower will eat yo faggot ass up
Actually, the Rotary engine design was created by a German guy, Felix Wankel, who also happened to be a BMW engineer who sold the designs and patents to Mazda cuz BMW loves their 6cyl. So technically Mazda's got some German power runnin through its veins. And not some crappy western garbage like american pieces of shit.
And any idiot can go in a straight line, take the cars on real roads, and the RX8 will dominate, Im just sayin...
Bro, hate to tell ya, but ford makes nothin but scrap metal and paper weights. Ford is only well know cuz henry knew how to make a conveyer belt, Im just sayin...
i have been trying to figure out which car i want to get by november, a 2004-07 rx8. or 2004-07 350z. Once I think i want one, the next day, i really want the other. I read the rx8's have lots of trouble with the engine. but i also read that rotary engines are reliable. any body own a rx8? help me out.
I had an 04 350z and now own a RX8. I love both cars but heres some things to think about. If you're the kind of person that will forget to check the oil all the time don't get an rx8. If you dont know anything about rotarys dont get an rx8, too many people mess up their engines cuz they dont know anything. The only problem i had with the z was that more than one person always wanted to ride.
Rotaries have never been known for longevity but they can last reasonably if you are careful. The engine in the 350Z, however, has won lots of rewards and you WILL make more power and torque and last longer with less work. Rotaries are maintenance whores. They're very loud and dirty and you have to rev pretty high to get the power. Some people love that, however, so there ya go. Between the two, it should be pretty easy to decide if you know yourself and understand a bit about the cars.
sounds great man. actually later today im buying a 97 eagle talon tsi awd that has somewhat of a custom exhaust, its a turbo back exhaust with flowmaster mufflers that y's out on both sides of the car just behind the door, so i might buy one of these.
i really dont think you know what a rotary is i run straight exhaust and i can blow fire out and smoke whenever i rev if i want on comand pretty much sooo learn a little more about rotarys and dont compare them to your honda :)
@tyrannical my buddys fd puts out alot of smoke when you start revving it up so people can hear the "blow of valve" its got the stock air bypass valves with the 2 hoses going to the air box unhooked lol
@yewwww That's what rotaries do. They are designed to inject oil into the motor and burn it. And this is probably the only car that was ever meant to be driven like its stolen everyday, all day. That's what I was told to do and I have yet to have a problem. The important part is to let it warm up every time you start it cold. Other than that, you're good to go.
@yewwww That's also how rotaries are designed...is to burn oil by having oil injectors directly into the motor. They are probably the only cars that are meant to be driven like they're stolen every single day, all day, and they will take it. If you drive them like a pussy, you will have problems with build up in the engine, and fouling of spark plugs. The only other important thing is to make sure its warmed up good when started from cold/first thing. Other than that, they are meant to be beaten
how did you get the exhaust to sound so deep and filling? Most of the RX-8's I have seen sound higher, and with the turbo on it, just wine loudly.. What did you do to the exhaust to accomplish?
you very well may be 110% correct, i do not claim to know much or anything about rotary engines, i was just making a basic assumption from general knowledge.
yeah, Rotaries pop no matter what you do to them, it's literally unavoideble, mine is stock and pops like crazy, it's the nature of the beast, however, some backpressure is ideal, with no backpressure in a rotary you'll actually lose power, I'd like to see a dyno sheet from this setup...
I guess I've never noticed the popping in the couple of rotary rx7's i've encountered... and yeah i know that backpressure is basically a necessity for any internal combustion engine... but i wasn't and am not about to argue with someone on a motor a know little about.
no worries, I wasn't trying to be argumentative, it was apparent that you didn't have much experience with rotaries, most people don't, I was merely trying to be informative... I grew up in my grandfathers shop where he restored classic cars, worked on cars my whole life... but I didn't even know what a rotary engine was until I bought my RX8 3 years ago... we all have to learn sometime.
Im undecided between Borla and HKS. i like the sound of the HKS legamax exhaust, but i also love the sound of the hi power exhaust with a supercat. and there is the intake...AEM cold air intake or HKS racing suction. do you have any idea which ones would sound/perform better?
the Borla is widely considered the best, it produces the most power, but it's also stupid expensive... and for my taste it's not the best sounding... personally I'd go with a more affordable exhaust like the HKS or the Greddy, then get the Greddy turbo kit, they're turning up for $2k all over the place...
one off ebay....i put it in the same spot to, three months later somthing came loose and i had a horrible rattle so i had to cut it out....so for now im running stock cat back....
ah. Well this isn't a typical muffler. So chances are you had something completely different. Also don't be fooled - this may look like a resonator, but it isn't.
