This is the fault of the car. It is obvious that the car drove beside the truck as he swung wide to make the turn.

@mattsoria28 that is bullshit yea there are some bad truckers we call them "super-truckers"guys who dont do thier pre-trips,cut everyone off,drive like they own the dam road etc etc... we a always gettin cut off and then the damn cars SLOW DOWN and say were tailgateing what the fuck?thier always in out blind spots and always bottle necking at constuction zones i can go on!we cant stop on a dime! our job is to haul your food,cloths,toys,cars,toilets,­even HOUSES! but you still give us no respect?

@mattsoria28 man its not every trucker! how do we break the traffic laws? 97% of car-semi accidents are the CARS fault! i bet you dont know what the no-zone is do you? have you ever been inside a semi? do you know how much a fully loaded semi weighs?tell me traffic laws you see truckers break.naah im not wastine your time you dont have any facts to back up your statement.the last thing i want to do is kill someone in a truck my fualt or not.

This is like what happened to my brother in law his truck was cut off by some cocky bmw driver on the highway here in Illinois the trailers axles drove over the passenger side of the car. The bmw driver pretty muck took the blame for not paying attention.

This is pretty horrifying to see especially when my son was on the freeway this past Friday & lost control of his car passing a double semi - going 70. His car went under the side of the semi, dragged, spit out, bounced off median & spun across 4 lanes. Miraculously, both my son & friend walked away. PRAISE THE LORD! I told my son how I have prayed for years for him to be protected by tens of thousands of angels from serious accidents or injury. Thank You, God, for answered prayer last Friday!
