This Coca Cola crap doesn't even say "No Mohammad, No Makkah" If you show it to an Arab, especially in this video when they right it on the top it actually looks "ل محمد ل مكة" which actually means "FOR Mohammad, FOR Makkah" if what they were saying is true it should've been written this way "لا محمد لا مكة" so stop forcing crap into people's minds. If you showed it to any of my family members they would understand it as, "No Mohammad, No Mecca" because our variant of Arabic, and there are many so don't be ignorant, interprets "LA" as "no", and the rest is as is.
