Such a strong and beautiful practice. And yeah, fierce. I don't know how you transition so easily in those!! lol. Well, you make it look easy anyway. I love using leg and hand weights too..very versatile. How heavy are those hand weights? Wanna be cautious not to aggravate your shoulders.
Dunno, would guess hand weights are in the 1 pound range, seems insignificant til you workout for 30min or more & feel the effects after. Had difficulty raising hand in wheel back bend, felt like a ton! Seems short learning curve & conditioning improving with each session. Not looking to "bulk" up, just be strong enough for the task at hand!
wow, this is awesome! I am going to start doing this! so well executed and with ankle weights to boot!

Might have to consider wearing ankle weights in more videos just for gorgeous compliments!
Hoping weights will give me improved sculpted look- but not too bulky.
Yikes, so much to do, so little time...
Time to get back to business...

Awesome as ever. The weights seem to give you extra strength ("fierceness") in the workout. Great job.

Thanks... I like fierce! Weights are empowering.

@NelsonYogaInversions I borrowed "fierce" from how Sadie Nardini describes things! It seemed appropriate.
