Thanks so much for this recipe, you have a fry pan, mine was supposed to be non-stick, but each time I use egg substitute it does not turn out to be as nice as your video shows unless I put in a lot of oil. I see that the veggies left a bit of liquid on the pan after you've cooked them for a bit and you poured in the egg sub there after without adding extra oiI. I'll try that next time. Tks for this recipe.!!
