My aunt has to Maltise dogs that can only kind of bark because they had their voice boxes taken out because someone had a huge breeding kennel and didnt want the dogs making noise. THIS DOG IS NOT IN PAIN.. wow.. everyone is so quick to assume. dogs do actually make those noises. this looks like a french bulldog.. but i have a boston terrier that makes those same exact noises. its more like a whimper then a bark because my dog barks just fine. but he makes those noises when he's upset. in this dog's case it would be because he's pinned up and not with the people.
