Van was speeding. I know that road. Speed limit is 30 and he was going WAY over that. BUT the accident will be ruled the trucks fault for turning in front of the van.

I was making a video one day and some crazy lady in a Honda plowed right into a minivan full of kids. Luckily nobody was seriously hurt. Just a broken wrist and a few bumps and scrapes.

Literally they will be like "ok time to get into the left lane in NOW!" and try to push you away so you will let them through. Also no matter how careful you are there is always an idiot who hits you from behind and raises your insurance costs for their fault. Yey KY!

The black truck clearly turned left in front of the blue jeep. However, this video is not enough to show who is at fault, because you can't see the light at that intersection (and yes there is one). It's out of the top of the frame. If the truck had a green arrow, or the light had just turned red, it's the van's fault. If it was just plain green, it was the truck's fault.
