i downloaded this game and remembered someone having a passenger jet. i have to do the missions to unlock that island though dont I ?

lol the wings of the AT-400 got damaged when i was trying to get it out of the hanger

You can also get it with a police cheat...

u cheat for police

and then go to that city..fly with a jet pak and..go in this huge garage!:)

its unlocked! (in ps2 for sure)
