Ok Vote this up so anyone who gets the game realizes this, the games feature the FU@KING stupidest save system ever created, you can not save a new game that you make without first deleting the old one, unlike ALL the other games where you can overwrite the old save while playing the new one, YOU CAN NOT, you have to press select, up, B, and delete the old file. I made the mistake of getting Luxray before i tried to save and realized Nintendo F$CKED me. F#CK this, i'm goin back to digimon..F@CK

Best starter(In My Opinion) is Chimchar

The first couple gyms are hard with him,but once again,brute force will win you alot of battles.

Of course,once youve used him for every gym,it gets annoying...lol.

i think the easiest is starting with turtwig, the grass pokemon cause the first two gyms are rock and grass. fire is strong agains grass but not against rock so thats more difficult then water wich is strong against rock and weak agains grass and that is mor e difficult then grass being strong against rock and not too weak against grass so from easy to hard it is:

1- grass

2- water

3- fire

well of course every picks piplup,there may be no difficulty mode for the pokemon games but choosing the water type always makes the game too easy,while choosing the fire type puts the game on "omg wtf" difficulty.....

Do not buy this game, it sucks. Compare this to FF3, FF3 blows it away completley. Seriously i've been somewhat of a pokemon fan and this games seems like a gba game. The graphics suck and you don't use the touch screen at all.

Don't believe or if you don't wanna believe me. play FF3 before you play Diamond and Pearl. you'll see what i'm talking about. Diamond and Pearl is WAAAAAAAAAY overated.

So i've been a fan of both. I don't really see a differance since they are rpg's and they both are addicting. Diamond and pearl should of stayed away from the DS. They should of made 10 times better instead of keeping it like the GBA games. Just look at the designs, pokemon has crappy 2d styles and ff3 has amazing 3d works. okay i'm not a true fan, but i've bought every other pokemon game and played them for a pretty damn long time(everyday for 3 months or so). This game has crappy music, still the same graphics. Big anticipation for this game and then we get the same old sh*t. Dude don't be stubern and play FF3 it's way better. What probally threw me off was all the new pokemon and stuff. They have different Pokemon on them and stuff - in enhances the need to interact and trade with people that own the opposite games. IE:

On Ruby you can get Zangoose but not Serviper.

On Sapphire you can get Serviper but not Zangoose.

So, a Ruby player and a Sapphire player would have to trade to obtain both.

The general concept is pretty much the same. Geddit?
