I think that this show is the one that production had problems with the computers on backstage. That day she took off those ears stuffs and sang great part of the show without compass and voice return until they find out the problem. This happening is explained in White Diamond.

Yeah, she "forgot" the lyrics... but it happened because the compass that she hears have failed. I don't remember the name of that thing singers use in their ears... but they use it to block the sound on the stage so they can only hear their own voice and a compass to guide them thru the music. When it fails its hard for them to follow the song just hearing the sound on stage, because the sound out is blocked by those things.
