@ImNotH1gh Its a vaccume. Any small motion will cause it to move forever. Imagine a slinky in space. You wiggle one end and it will send the wave down to the other end. Since there's nothing in space (namely gravity in this case) it will wiggle for a much longer time than on Earth. The same effect happens with the flag here, except its cloth and not a coil. Anyone who uses that same excuse for the "fake moon landing" theory is an idiot. The flag had to have moved a bit when they first put it up.
