The 1998-2002 Yamaha R1 body style just may be the best looking Super Sport bike of all time. Best of the 1990's in the 1000cc category and top 3 since 2k. No question about it!
great bike,, i have an 01 gsxr1000,, the 1998 R1 started it all for the great looking 1000cc+ bikes of the 2000s, i would love to add an original red/wht 98 r1,,, there are way to many blue ones,, thats why my 1000 is blk-silv instead of the common blu wht 1000
I have a 98 R1 same colours, they are going up in value now in the U.K, not sure about in the states. Not many made in these colours plus so many went end over end at 300mph
I really like what you've done with the rims - is that a powdercoad - it looks very glossy! Nice!
