You need to feather the clutch a bit more. Just because you're 2 stepping it doesn't mean you can dump it like that - that combined with the WOT shift into 2nd makes your 1st gear practically useless - use it to the max, you're creating the most torque at the wheels in 1st, get that hole-shot. I'd say feather the clutch a little more so you're not holding at like 6k until the tires catch and dump the WOT shifting, too much power for the tires, it just gets lost on the shift. yes you have to press the clutch all the way. how else would you disengage the clutch to select the next gear?

the WOT Bx cuts the ignition up to 350ms so you an leave ur foot on the throttle, have a smooth shift and not peg off the rev limiter

I thought you didn't even need the clutch to shift, it was the cut in ignition advance that allows you to grab the next gear. I thought you were more or less just pushing it in to activate cutting the ignition. This is what the n2mb folks said.

No that is not what i'm talking about. When you wot shift with the wot box you really don't need the clutch, the really experienced ones are just blipping it, it's more so to activate cutting the ignition

As far as the srt goes, i believe there is nothing on the market at the moment that will disengage the clutch during shift maneuvers, besides an electric start bypass

just hit it fast.. just have to make sure it gets all the way down.. and don't let go off gas.. WOT Box cuts ignition for fraction of second so car shifts like butter

No, it cuts the ignition for a short period of time allowing you to power shift easier and safer without damaging your tranny
