Also, try jumping off that path/bridge down the flats there (to grass as you don't want to hurt yourselves of course), not too high up just roll when landing or something.
@xpandax Free running is not about showing off and impressing others, it's about personal achievement and progression. I can tell your an amateur who is impressed by the stereo-typical backflip and barani etc.
