shane's awsome! i met him two day's ago at wild card gym because i wanted to pass by since i was in LA. i went to disneyland the next day too! it was only him and some other people in the gym just working out. pacquiao was in the philippines and roach was training george st. pierre on that day. so shane was the only one there that was a staff member. i'm still happy i met someone there! great gym. it's just a little small compared to my gym here in san francisco. 100x better though! great place!

Was there today and Amir Khan was there talking with some fans in the parking lot. Just a fun place and it's a great place to get in shape even if you're not a pro fighter.
