I Figured you for a Marine. When I PCS'd from SC to CA I was seriously upset with the laws here, but Az is a short drive and I have residency so I buy hunt and shoot there.

What use was that. It's undrestood you have spent a lot of money on a rufle that is made for only one thing,. May I ask what you plan on using it for now that you have it. Do you shoot cometitivelly, 3 gun? Or did you just want one. I love guns, just curious what motivated you to pick out that one.

Same reason people buy expensive cars. They are a thrill to operate. When shit decides to hit the fan, I'm a bit more prepared than the my neighbors.. If I had more money available it would be much worse than this.

And no I don't shoot competitively, I wanted one ever since I was issued one in the Marines. Being from California really restricts you on what you're able to own legally.. I consider myself lucky.

@Steve04R1 Thats a nice setup bro! What is the optic behind the Eotech? I live in So Cal and I feel your pain with regards to all of the restrictions! I am interested in getting a stag. I own an LWRC but I want a couple more AR's without paying the prices of the LWRC's. The Stags seem pretty badass!

I would consider getting a Trij if I had to do it over again.

I spent 7 Bills on the optics and would have easily spent a few more and Picked up a Trij..

I am pretty sure the FTS can be mounted to flip to either side.

Hey Steve...that setup and model is exactly like mine...sit on top of my colt LE. Assume your EO is the 557 w/ 3xFTS as mine. I would not give up for ACOG for fact that I like the agility from CQB to long range. ACOG don't have the capability. Dont change it..I Like yours as much as mine. Is your 2T model rifle?

LOL, that's great but that is also why I don't even use my 5.56 upper anymore. 5.45 is the way to go many bangs for little buck.
