I'm glad to see you're spirits rise. But I know how bi-polar can send us up and down in an instance. It fucking sucks and all my doctors do is put me on medication to make this shit worse and spend months trying to get off the shit. I'm in that process as we speak. Good luck to you.

Don't they come with something to remove the nails? LIke acrylic nail remover? You just aren't fake nail people...I wrote you about the ECT some time back. I'm doing very well, I'm feeling okay most of the time on different meds. What scares me is that mental health and whether or not I can have it seems random like a tornado. Ok here's your magic solution...it will amaze you I promise. What you need to do is learn to play guitar. Guitar will occupy so much time in your life, you will amaze yourself. You can write your own songs, play other peoples songs, serenade random people walking down the street. It's a blast. If you're not musiclly inclined you could become an anti-fake-nail activist and start ad campaigns saying how bad cheap nails are.
