  • Thor...that is such a badass name. It looks cool and sounds cool. Nice!

  • horrible form, that's why the majority of the 100 pushup videos are crap, quantity over quality, stick to a good doable number and do them right.

  • skip to 3:33 if you want to skip the talking and see the pushups

  • Yea man, this program is cool, I made an initial test video too. Have you hit the hundred already?

  • I couldn't even do one! Being a girl sucks...

  • If you check on the website they do offer a list of suggested pushups that are a bit easier if you're really having trouble with the initial test. (like pushups where you're supporting yourself on your knees, not your toes, and stuff like that)

  • ya i can do 100. once you get to 90 you dont even want to move

  • i can do about 50 pushups in one set but my max was about 60

  • start with your max push up and then do one more than that the next day and keep going :)

  • I just started myself. I was terrible. I did 16. Have not done day 1 yet. That's tomorrow. Eeesh!

  • Don't worry about it. Believe you me, in a few weeks you'll be looking back and laughing at the 16 pushups and how easy they were...of course you'll mostly be in a constant state of cursing the current week as too ridiculous. But hey, best of luck in getting to your hundred.

  • I have done this progam. Now I'll do 300 pushups each other day with in 25 series. Record in 30s is 35 pushups.. I did 18 pushups at initial test and now, after 2 months I can do over 100 easily...

  • I'm quite fit actually. I can do thirty pushups quite easily. But if you look at the program that is set out on the website, you see that if you start at 5 or at 40 you're ending up with one hundred (or more). So I started out at column one, to ease into it and to use the absolute best form possible. Because good form is key to balancing everything. Why am I doing it? To do 100 pushups for speed? No. To raise my level and learn something about that. If I move a column, that's fine too.

  • But how's it going now? Because you don't seem to have a video lately.

  • Nice try, but belive me it can and it will get worse. Im doing now third week for the second time and it's a killer for me. I started like you (3rd column) and now I find my self unable to complete last set of day first, third week.

  • Greetings from the much warmer lands to the south. I must say my week one didn't go as well as it sounds like yours did, but I am chugging on with this and hopefully it will start to go smoother...it can hardly get worse, I suppose.
