according to that, you can see he picks up the ball on his right foot and then takes 2 steps (left, right) before he dunks. so it's not a travel.

It's not traveling; you're allowed to take 3 steps as long as you jump on the 3rd step.

Think about it: he grabbed the ball, landed with his right foot...then landed with his left foot (he didn't establish a pivot foot yet) once he removes his right foot, his left foot becomes his pivot foot. You're not allowed to take anymore steps after that, but you can jump to shoot or dunk etc...
