@MonyMG1959 Sadly so. And in the Gulf, the EPA is refusing to allow tankers to siphon the oil and return the water, because a small amount of oil might go back. How's THAT for logic? The technique is proven (used after Saddam blew the Kuwaiti wells), and does a lot more god than harm. I hate bureaucrats. ='[.]'=
