Nice. I lived in Sparta North Carolina, and my parents would often take me on the Blue Ridge Parkway, but I never realized it was such a tourist attraction. We still own our home back up there, and unfortunately even though we stay there at times, we rarely ride on the Blue Ridge anymore.
We like the short clips its like combining 100 miles into about 5 minutes. We also like the Zydeco music. We are big fans of this type of music living is South Louisiana our selves.
Yeah, they are but you probably wouldn't be real comfortable having one RV meet another in one of them. I didn't like sharing them with other vehicles at all when I was on a bike. No place to go if someone decides to take your half of the road.
oh lol, yikes. Were a big rig Mack, towing a 38 footer. Doesnt sound like an ideal situation. But well be unhooked traveling. Were going to base out of sevierville, tn. So probably 441 only well hit and maybe this road. Thanks for the help tho.
Yeah...I have a 1 hour video but I had to make a short clip for a website and that's what you see here. Quality is pretty poor on this one as well, but that's the price we pay for streaming stuff I guess. For some reason the videos display better on google than utube, which is kinda strange since google owns youtube if I understand things correctly...
BRP is wonderful - but that 45mph stuck in first gear thing is an "interesting" challenge. Aside from the Oregon Trail and Cape Breton, Nova Scotia there are few better rides on this side of the pond. Thanks for posting - things are just starting to thaw here in Eastern Canada and I yearn to be on the road.

Video ruined by poor editing. Should of shown half the scenes so we can get a feel for the Parkway... the feeling I get from watching this is nausea.

Should have let the scenes run longer. Too many quick cuts.
