For the record if anyone is interested in this application if the user will not need to login in again or say log out and log back in with a different username/password then after typing "me.hide" also type in "formlogin unload" this removes the login form from memory otherwise it stays running in the background. If the form is needed again then simply use this "load formlogin" followed by "formlogin.show"

This is awesome. It would be cool if you coded it to show an error message if the wrong info was entered to login. Such as "incorrect user or password" or something along those lines.
