as a now FORMER Eclipse employee I can say that this "product" was planned too far ahead for producton than it was ready for.many MANY problems still hovered around this aircraft.we were in no way shape or form 2 be ready 2 handle the 2, 3, 4+ planes a day that the company "promised" customers years ago when deposits were paid and now look at us.thanks Vern 4 making your dream our nightmare.well,now i can FINALLY say that I REGRET my 31 months of service 2 this company. Rest In Pieces Eclipse!

They use Friction Stir welding, relatively new process especially in aviation.
