  • Hey I'm going to send u a personal message...I hav not one clue what pm means

  • I have found a flaw with this laptop, it's a mac.

  • This was very helpful thank you

  • left side is the battery and logic board

  • scared the crap out of my when you came up in that mask haha

  • Great thing about the 13" Macbook Pro is that it is VERY portable, yet powerful. If you need a larger screen you can always attach an external display as needed. That's the way I work and love it.

  • fry an egg lol

  • @Tulanirebe ...........

  • Is the macbook pro good for video editing?

  • @FilmReady Yes, I use final cut pro for all of my video editing, which is the software that most hollywood editors use for their movies.

  • 13-inch: 2.4GHz I'm getting this one. Is this a good lap top? And have you had any problems with it?

  • @NoOneCanDefeatKB24 I got it!!

  • Hi guys I have a Dell Inspiron 1440, and I'm wondering, should I get a Mac or should I just stay back?

  • @standingcam

Once you go Mac... You never go back!:)

  • how do you make youtube vid in to dvd for the mac pro

  • hot you download a youtube vid and make a dvd out of it in ivideo if u can tell me how be very thkful..

  • okay im trying to decide witch one to get pro or air or just the regular

  • Good review.

Is that a Karl Kani polo btw??

  • wow you have a great memory

  • Hay Guys If you like free stuff then lockerz(.)com is for you to sign up the site requires to be invited so let me invite you PM me your E-MAIL please!

  • If you're mainly into Graphic Design, DJ'ing, Music/Video Production then the Mac is for you..

HOWEVER, if you are a gamer, or maybe a computer literate IT person working for a firm or even contracting than the PC is the way to go, hands down.

    MAC= fashion/media trend

    PC= Intellectual scalable computing experience

  • Do you recommend this for a high school student? Y'know for like notes and stuff?

  • @FullSolo If you or your parents are fairly wealthy then yes. If you consider pursuing a degree in some media design/production then yes. If you aren't than a PC with the economic yet fast Atom processor will work great. Web browsing, downloads, streaming, and school work will work on that.

And for gaming, a PC is far more scalable than a Mac. more customizable.

  • Could you tell me please if this laptop is suitable for Djing ???

    and music production ?

  • @montyladd Yeah, just about every DJ and Producer I know or have come across use a Macbook Pro.

  • @iHackYourTech Thanks for the reply ! and for telling me !

Do you recommend any laptop ladd ? From wat ive seen if your videos you really know alot !!!

And great vidss ! they really helped !

  • @iHackYourTech Aint that the truth i was a pcaholic until i got my 1st powerbook G4 !!!

  • @montyladd Only area of concern for using this model in a DJ environment would be the size of the hard drive. I suggest installing a 500Gb model or larger. One other option is to use an external drive to store your music. I film a lot of video and store it all on an external drive, along with photographs.

  • awesome review bro

  • i <3 paintball

  • Is there a way i can transfer things that i got on my pc to the laptop like music i got i my itunes n videos i got in itunes??

  • great review! i've bought one and just love it! :D

  • Comment removed

  • @Pumba86 Afro american? WTF LOL

  • @Jus512 just kidding ;)

  • 5* . my mac book comes wednesday xD

  • thanx for the review. do you know when apple is gonna update the mac book pro again? or should i just go with this one?

  • they did today

  • Great Video Man! Your comments were very helpful for me in choosing my mackbook. I just got my first macbook Pro 13 inch today.Thanks.

  • Comment removed

  • Can you burn music CD's on this thing? :D

  • Great Video Man!!

  • AluminIUM

  • LOL! I loved the intro XD

  • my computer sucks it wont watch youtube it has intel celeron 2 gigs of ram 2 ghz no media card reader and no dvd burner only cd

  • cant wait for my MBP to arrive at my door this sunday!! weeeee~:D

  • Does it come with iWork?

  • just got mine today doesnt come with iwork

  • Ok thanks. I have another question is the processor speed good enough for you?

  • I believe the Core 2 Duo is extremely underrated. A Core 2 Duo running at, at least, 2.0 GHz will be more than goon for most people. Although Flash will do a big number on any processor, besides that I think a 2.26 GHz dual core would be fantastic (I have the 2.53 GHz option btw).

  • No iWork and iWork family are both optional.

  • great review

  • I lol'd good one OP.

  • @oxboxtox your a twat

  • Hey im thinking about getting a macbook pro. And i was just wondering because apple usually updates their laptops around end of jan or feb. And i wanted to know if after the new models come out, will you still be able to purchase the old ones?

  • my macbookpro gets upto 9 hours on low brightness

  • Ya me too, MBPs are amazing huh?

  • Does it handle HD editing? =)

  • How come ure backlight unda da keys is blue???

  • The camera makes it look blue

  • is 2gb of ram enough

  • It should be unless you will constantly edit photos or videos. But if your just going to do word processing while having a film running or listening to music or something like that then it should be fine.

  • yes

  • for gaming I'd upgrade to 4GB, but 2GB is great also

  • it is yeah, I have upgraded to 4gb because I tend to have a LOT of apps open and/or have windows 7 running at the same time, but 2gb should be fine

  • i have that exact gun

  • you should just work at the apple shop

  • PAINTBALL FTW!!!

  • My computer froze so I skipped to 6:12 and my dad was like what is this? "I put my hand down there from time to time to see how much heat it produces" lol But this is an awesome review, I wanna buy one in the near future.

  • I've got the choice between a stupidly powerful 17" dell with 4gb RAM and a quad core processor or this. I don't know which to choose, I mainly use my current laptop for things like msn and web browsing and school work. However I occasionally use Adobe CS4 programs. Any advice?

  • well the dell should do the work, also those specs will let you pc to run for about 3-4 years. but if you want to relax and have no virus problems, and crashes now and then, go for the macbook pro. the macbook should do the work, but it may last for 2-3 years.

  • Thanks for the advice. Decided the Dell is too big, waiting for the new line of macbook pros !

  • glad it worked. im waiting to for the new line of macbooks, and also saving some money. LOL

but i guess you get what you pay for

    and we will get quality

  • new line wont come out till march or laterr

  • thanks man ur videos are great!

  • You can get refurbished macs from the official site. Obviously, it's gonna be legit.

  • great vid dude

  • how much does is cost in america

  • Comment removed

  • $1199

  • 1199 but 1099 if you get it on blackfriday

  • and 1049 if you get education discount

  • im a programmer, and sometimes i work with graphics particularly photoshoping. my question is, what is better to get ? macbook, macbook pro 15 or macbook 13 ???

  • I wouldn't consider myself an expert on this but it doesn't sound like you are wanting to do anything terribly demanding so I would say that either a macbook or any of the pros would be perfectly suitable.

The 17" does have the best performance (obviously) but it doesn't sound like you really need that much power.

Depends on cost for you I guess.

  • really nice review. i really like the review 5 star my man

  • Unreal video man, that helped me so much. I was deciding between the MacBook and the MacBook Pro, but I'm definitely going with the MacBook Pro with a few upgrades.

  • Is a 13" Macbook pro something you would recomend for someone who never have had a mac before? (sorry for my bad english)

  • Depends on what you're looking for in a computer / laptop.

  • I look for a laptop that has long battery life and don't overheat so fast.

  • @guitar93nor Any Mac is great for a "new to Mac" user. They are easy to learn to use, work when you need them to, and are very user friendly. As with purchasing any model of computer, which version to buy will depend on your specific needs.

  • do you study this or just rember it

  • Just remember it really.

  • I have the 17" Macbook Pro and it's awesome, lol even runs windows better than my i7 PC! ^O^

  • with bootcamp or full install?

  • Not really a review, cause you talked more then you showed ;p

    Otherwise, Great Vid man!

  • I reviewed the product by stating my opinion after using its, which is a review. If you're interested in seeing the product as I talk about it check out the unboxing or the hardware overview..

  • a review is where you talk about it not show it, a hardware review is where you show it

  • Great video! Thanks

  • how long does the battery life last?? will the 2.53 increase the gaming performance or 2.26 is enough?? Where can i download games for free?

  • Thanks for the review I'm going to switch To a MacBook!

  • I just got this laptop today and am enjoying it thoroughly.

  • i think the left part you were reffering to is your HDD. but im not sure. the battery and HDD are closest to you, which is probably what the heat comes from

  • thanks this really made up my mind im hoping to get it for my christmas but is the 13 inch to small or would it be better with the 15 inch?

  • it depends what ur gna use it for. If you do video egiting, hardacore gaming, and such, then go with the 15 but the 13 is most def managable, and still a great laptop

  • k thanks i think i am going to get it now lots of people say its an awesome laptop so yea hopefully get it soon

  • wow thanks i might get myne in 2- 5 days!! 0:17 seconds that macbook pro looked really huge..

  • yo i have never watched any of this guys videos and when the vid started i was like what the Fuck why is the guy wearing a paintball mask

and then he was like joking so ya

  • Wow, that was an awesome review. Im getting my Pro in a week or so and Im so stoked!! Keep on reviewin boys!!

  • Great review! I better start saving. I love them.

  • great review....made my decision

  • Heyy nice video. Im getting that laptop but i upgraded the harddrive to 250gb! I cant wait....

  • Good review. Very helpful.

  • good job man, probably the best review ive seen on youtube for this laptop.

you went into detail about stuff most reviewers miss out such as the heat and what effects the battery life.

    5 stars

  • 5 stars for a paintball player.

  • nice review,.. and GRILLZ lol

  • hey i want to know dose the screen seem small to you?

  • 5 stars, i liked your review,great job

  • great review

  • Great review! If you upgrade to Snow Leopard, give us a short review on how it handles on your Macbook pro.

  • is 2.26ghz good enough if you want to play average games?? also is the graphics card good enough?

  • Yes, this model is perfectly fine for that. I have it and it runs fast and smooth while playing games, no choppy games and excellent response

  • you could play any average game with this comp. and the graphics card is good because you can play crysis(one of the most graphically advanced gamed out) on it on med/high settings with no lag. there are plenty of videos of people playing crysis on youtube.

  • I bought the same one yesterday! i <3 it!

  • awesome vid man

  • Awesome review, awesome videos. Thanks man. Been looking for a 'performance' review for the 13" MBP for a while. *subscribes*

  • lol funny dude

  • the speaker is actually internal and under the keyboard. the battery is on the farther side closest to the screen and thats why it gets hot down there

  • hey byron, im thinking to buy a macbook pro 13" too but just dont know whether i should pick the 2.26GHz or the 2.53GHz, can you give me some advise?

  • your not going to see a big difference between 2.26 and 2.53. the only time where you would see a noticeable difference is if it was 2.0 vs 2.53

  • macbook pro needs hdmi !

  • is this laptop good for video editing because its the only macbook pro that i could efford and i love video editin

  • Of course!...the pro series was created for that purpose. video editing, graphic design and much, much more!

  • Awesome review man! All the info helps a lot, the 9400M graphics seem better than I thought.

  • i really need a macbook pro but they are too expensive so i cant afford one :(

  • sweet

  • awesome review, mine should arrive tomorrow :D

  • Great review. I hope to buy this mac soon

  • Great review! I'm glad to hear the battery is great and best of all no lap burning! Both my old 15" Macbook (2007 model) and my 13" Aluminum Macbook burns my lap when I watch HD movies or run photoshop.

Have you tried connecting it to an external display or TV yet?

  • Not yet, I will be soon though.

  • Good video, but you should stop saying "another thing I want to talk about.."

  • i subscribed

  • Awesome video man.

  • keep the great videos coming it has been very helpful and i just got my macbook pro 13 " today too for college! i was just wondering if you got iwork or anything else so you can do documents or whatnot? thanx man!

  • Good job! does the screen seem small to you?

  • In my opinion its a good sized screen. Not too big, not too small.

  • Yeah you are totally right man, 13.3 inch is just perfect. It's really light and small enough to fit anywhere and it also big enough to keep watching it for hours and doesn't get eyes problems. 13.3 is for me, the best size for a laptop, because, I mean, it's suposed to be portable right? 13.3 inch is just awesome :)

    Awesome review by the way.

    5/5

    I'm already subscribe :)

  • I agree.. it's the perfect size for portability :)

  • Great review man!

    I am subscribed!

    Keep it up!

    - Max

  • dw... saw your other review... answered my Q.

    Thanks man

    l8rs

  • thats cool... if you should want to upgrade anything yourself... is there an easy way of getting inside? and cheers by the way... the vid has been really helpful!

  • Yeah, at the bottom there are several screws you must remove and everything is there under the bottom plating. No problem, thanks for watching :)

  • is it worth upgrading the ram to 4GB or is the 2 that comes with it enough? (i mean just for everyday tasks and occasional gaming and occasional video/image editing... using Photoshop and stuff)

  • So far the 2GB's of ram has been enough for me and thats exactly what I've been using it for.

  • well, don't upgrade it when you buy your mac offline, do it yourself, its real easy and can save you like almost $200.

  • My friends has one! Nice review, I rated 5 anyways lol. That 7 hour thing is good, my friends told me. I have a Macbook Pro as well, the old version though. Last years stuff.

    5/5

  • This made me subscribe :D

  • ur right about the old macbooks mine barely get 4 hrs lol like 2 1/2 browsing utube

  • you are so lucky anyway i am going to get one 5/5

  • there are some netbooks that have 9 cell battery's in them they can do around 10 hours but you will have a huge bulge in the back of your netbook

  • Thanks for posting this review! It was VERY helpful! I will be getting it in August :)

  • No problem. Feel free to subscribe for more great content. Thanks for watching :)

in gaming, web surfing, video/DVD playback and casual use?

    Great Videos!

  • Great review! I just got this today and I love it!

  • Great Review! I tried to find some bad things about the MacBook Pro's and I didnt find anything either...lol. Mac all day BAYBAY!!

  • wow sweet vids man!

  • im getting it on my birthday!!!!!!!!!!! :)

  • hi, i wanted your opinion on the 13" macbook pro. do you find that the screen is almost too small for like browsing the web or whatever else?

  • my dell inspiron barely makes it over an hour even with the powersaver on and the screen very dim

  • Really loves this review, keep it up man.

    I subscribe.

I have the white plastic macbook but I'm gonna get this one soon as possible, you convinced me.

  • I'm getting this.

  • Great review. A question to all youtubers. I am going into 7th grade and my school wants all reports typed now. so im wondering, should i get this mac now or wait till high school and just use the family computer (which hates my printer....). I need a computer to carry around to my friends house which i stay there for days at a time.

  • Get the Mac. Its definitley worth it. Its the same for me and I am going to 8th grade so they want stuff typed. I use a MacBook to print with my HP Printer and it works really well. So get the Mac, and use it to print.

  • Thanks gtrider. i was looking at the mac earlier and consulting my friend who is getting one to replace his dell. I am going to the apple store tomorrow to look at them in person.
