@Tree0rnament Yes. The problem is he doesn't have a game breaking WR. He has reliable ones but not one who can break a game open like Ginn used to do. Pryor is a better runner but troy was more accurate. I've seen pryor improve though. He'll be great in his senior year.

It seems his talent out weighs his pass ability. He has receivers that can play anywhere in the country. Troy had Ginn and a ton of speed. Troy throws a "NFL" type of pass. Pryor no, and thats why he shouldn't leave early. Troy can tell you, alot of time all he had to do is throw it as far as he can and know Teddy will catch up to it.

Honestly, I think Terrelle Pryor has a long way to go to get to this level. Smith has instinctual timing with the recievers. It's hard to believe he was able to make those passes.
Also, Pryor has to start knowing how to be agile in the pocket to complete passes, avoid sacks and when to run. Pryor hardly looks comfortable. Troy has instincts on his side. I hope T. Pryor does get to this level, it will be amazing.

I don't think the layoff hurt. I think that's just an excuse. Fact of the matter is the tOSU O-line was decimated, Ginn was hurt, Heacock sat in soft zone coverage the entire game(just like he did against 05 Texas, 07 LSU, 08 USC), and tOSU killed theirselves by being surprised when they got down in the game. tOSU had too big of a head for that game. They were in the game at half, but couldn't handle being down and just tried to pass the entire game to catch back up and it killed
