  • @ammob1 I don't think people appreciate how serious that deficit is or just how strong you are to be able to do that. People don't also understand that rounding of the back tends to occur when you snatch or deficit. This is really impressive

  • Excellent? Who's that camera man? Your future othopedic specialist or chiropractor? Your luck of form knowledge will take you to hospital one day. Period. When you get there watch out for huge sighn saying: Welcome to herniated discs area
