yeah you don't unlock the ability to get 6 stars still you have unlocked all the islands or go to a island your not meant to.

If you're talking about the video quality there's not much anyone can do about YouTube scaling stuff down so terribly. On some videos you can force it to be in high-res, which helps some. (add &fmt=18 to the end of the address, YouTube won't seem to let me post the URL for some reason.)
