what are the mods on the car. i have a 96 gt that i got ported and polish PI heads. com cams 270 extream force for it and typhoon manifold intake with t-body bassani racing headers and after cat exust no cat i whant to know what is the HP with this mods. i havent got it dyno yet loking for a ruff estimet
i got the PI heads of ebay for 300$ but ported and polish stage 3 was 950$ i got new valves new valve rings. and the cams were 690$ on 5-0 resto. but in add. i got thyphoon manifold intake and t-body i got it dino for 460 hp the heads and cams got me 100 hp only
I lasted less than a summer pushing the limits at 436rwhp with an I/C 10lbs and a V2. Stock long block. I'll be well into the 500's with upgraded fuel, Ported heads, Blower cams and 15lbs.
How reliable are these motors, I was looking into buying a supercharged '96 but I remember hearing a few years back about weak crankshafts, anyone know?

you should be making around 300 to the rear wheels with those mods..

Ah I beleive it's the main caps that break but expect to redo the internals if there not forged. Depending on boost level.
