You need to improve your form A LOT I have been around horses since I was 2 months old and I know that you need to get those hands up and lean forward keep your heels down put her in a canter and learn to post on the correct step...

Oh and this was the first time molly had ever jumped so I came in trot the first few times because i didn't know if she was going to do a sudden stop or anything.

If i had come in canter she could have easily got anyone off if she stoped.

@dabyg theres shows the first sunday of may june july and september at east shropshire riding ppl usually call it rudge but go on google and type in east shropshire riding club and their website should come up. hope it helps :) xx
