I finally give up. I think it's just a glitch. I'm playing the pc game btw. If anyone figured out how to fix this let me know.

The same thing happens to me. I'm gonna try putting my suit back on before I go to the "light room" and blow the trigger. That's the last variable I can think of.
I keep getting one witness, no idea who it is though >.<
