I'm fascinated by what David did, but his next personal challenge should be to become a better public speaker. His droning delivery is hard to get through. :)
I kept thinking of him, and relating him to Isaac newton, because apparently Newton put a needle in his eye to see if there was anything inside or behind it when he was discovering optics, Blaine seems to be doing something very similar, its a hard life, anyone can see that. Kudos to him :)

He doesn't have brain damage on this video, at least you can't deduce anything from his speech. He's been talking this way since his first street specials in 1999. Pull up the old shows and listen.
He getting older now, he need to stop doing this stuff now and go back to regular smoke and mirrors before he mess himself up from these acts. i can see him slurring in his speech soon from brain damage.
@jfeldhamer bcos he's been risking his life as a magician, but ppl never appreciate what he's done to the magic world.. instead they love "cris angel" the black metal, satanic guy.. DAVID BLAINE is the most amazing guy you'll ever knew, you'll never see him make magic shows on stage with hot girls and stuff. Instead, he went to the streets to let ppl see his magics 1st hand. you'll nvr see him wear fancy clothes, instead he wears a plain shirt in his tv shows. he's the most humble guy. :D

Its one thing for an athlete to break another record. But it is something else for a professional magician who earns his living amazing the public to perform a feat of wonder. Its easy to amaze me; but I wonder what James Randi thinks.
@Pangolin99 james randhi is liek way to logical to feel good magical stuff hes like a person who use magic to show people its not real he can do some stuff..
I have to say, usually I thing that all kinds of lectures are somekind boring. But this story was really interesting and I really liked it. I dont like David Blaine as a magician but I respect him for his stunts.
