There is a clip from his makeup artist and she talks about having to use brown makeup to cover the white spots. Then it spread so much that she started using the white makeup to cover the darkspots.

Your right littlemary86, his face structure has not changed at all because he never had reconstructive surgery on his face. That was all lies from the media. His father has strong bone structure also. The only surgeries he had was on his nose (the first on was because he fell and broke his nose on stage).
