it's a strategy called "conservative play-calling". when you have the lead like bama did, you play to run the clock. so, bama became one dimensional and let texas get a lil momentum. it's pretty easy to spot if you're familiar with football. but hey, i guess you texas fans need a little moral victory. the fact is, the game was a blowout. one of the most boring games i've ever witnessed and i'm a bama fan myself. better luck next year

Why do UT fans act like Alabama doesn't deserve this victory? What was Alabama supposed to do when he got hurt? Forfeit? Injuries are part of football and Alabama shouldn't be disrespected because your boy got hurt.

Good grief what a stupid excuse. INJURIES ARE PART OF THE GAME. And...if you want to play the "what if" game... "if" Sam Bradford hadn't been injured, Colt would've been watching that game from his living room. If two of our best defensive players hadn't been injured earlier in the season, it would've been an even worse beatdown than it was.

@MonikaNGeneva Uh dude, Alabama was without our number 1 defensive back in Dont'a Hightower. Applying logic vs. logic, had he played our defense would've shut you guys out. Hey, it sounds no more ridiculous than what you guys are saying. After all, Colt McCoy only had TWO short passes for minimal gain before he was taken out. It was the RUNNING GAME that actually got you guys that close to the endzone, not McCoy. Please reexamine your facts.
