I gew up in a family culture, my mom made lutefisk for my dad, and liver and onions, we were NEVER forced to eat things that made us sick to smell! I do not get why a mom would feed her child some of these meats? cat- dog?? maybe many do not too. But just look at look of it? i guess they have no other way- same here(US) just in nice cuts and packages.
